We do our very best to respond to support emails within 24 hours.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours as most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering
A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled (please refer to the Returns Policy below)
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
A non-refundable dollar amount of $22 per bike stand ordered (which covers the initial product packing & handling fee) is applicable and items must be shipped back to the original warehouse your package was sent from (at the cost of the purchaser) if the purchaser is returning for the following reasons:
- Better price found
- Changed mind
- Doesn’t fit
- No longer needed
- Ordered wrong item
Your refund will be processed 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item
Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested or directly refunded via the original mode of payment (ie your credit card or Paypal account)
You can return your product anytime within 15 days for an exchange or refund (not including the product handling & shipping fee) subject to the following conditions.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from this website
- We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. Damaged items, products with missing parts will be quickly addressed by our customer service team.
Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive an incorrect product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately. Incorrectly sent items will be quickly addressed by our customer service team.
Order Not Received
If you do not receive your order, please notify us immediately. unreceived orders will be quickly addressed by our customer service team.
