Tracked delivery across the United States. It is free on orders of $60 or more, and a flat $22 below that. Express delivery is a paid $22 upgrade and is charged even above the free threshold. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
There is no general federal right in the United States to cancel an online order, so our 15 day return window is our own policy rather than a statutory one. For a change of mind we keep a non-refundable $22 per bike stand ordered, covering packing and handling, and you pay return carriage.
If it arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described, we put it right at our cost, return carriage included. Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule we must also ship within the time we promise, and you may cancel for a full refund if we cannot.
Follow the supplied cleaning and maintenance instructions. Check fittings and condition before use; stop using damaged parts.

Still deciding?
You can change your mind. We give you 15 days from delivery to return a product for an exchange or a refund. That is our own policy: the United States has no general federal right to cancel an online order, and the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule covers doorstep sales rather than online ones.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay return postage and original shipping charges are not refunded. No handling deduction applies. If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us: we pay the return carriage and you can have a repair, a replacement or your money back. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.
