Refunds and returns

Return requests

Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase, and ask support for the return address before posting. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage and original shipping charges are not refunded. No handling deduction applies. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are resolved at our cost. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations

Contact support promptly, preferably within 12 hours, to request cancellation. Orders can be cancelled before packing and shipping begin. No cancellation or processing penalty applies.

Refund processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned goods are received, to the original payment method or store credit if requested. Your payment provider may take additional time.

Email theteam@bikestand.store with your order reference before returning goods. Purchases from another retailer must be returned through that retailer.
