Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs

• Free standard delivery on orders of $60 or more.
• $22 flat standard delivery on orders below $60.
• Express delivery $22, a paid upgrade for the fastest option. Express is charged even when your order already qualifies for free standard delivery, because you are paying for speed rather than for carriage.

You choose between standard and express in the cart, and the price you see there is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours. After that, delivery takes 5 to 7 days to the United States and 5 to 7 days to Canada. Delivery time varies by location.

What federal law does give you is the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. We must ship within the time we promise, or within 30 days if we promise no time, and if we cannot, you may cancel and get a full refund. Our published handling and delivery times are on the shipping page.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please do not ask for a tracking number immediately after ordering: we only receive it once the package has been shipped, which is 24 to 48 hours after purchase. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages.
